BIO


Adrián Burke is a Peruvian-American actor and writer based in New York City. As an actor, he has worked with TVLand, BET, VH1, Broadway Video, and on many, many indie film projects. As a writer, he’s an alumni of the WGA East Support Staff Training Program and a finalist in the Almanack Screenwriter’s Lab. He currently works as a Showrunner’s Assistant on NBC’s new drama Line of Fire.

He is also the creator and host of the podcast La Mezcla: Conversations With Mixed and First Generation Americans ran as a bimonthly live show at Caveat in Manhattan for 2 years. Adrián tours internationally as an improviser and improv teacher. He is an advanced level improviser at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater and a teacher at GoodCapp Arts in Manhattan.

Adrián is an alumn of the Acting Apprenticeship program at The Barrow Group Theater Company. He has trained with Bob Krakower, Ted Sluberski, the Boston University College of Fine Arts, The BADA Midsummer in Oxford Program, The Atlantic Theater Company and others. He received his undergraduate degree in film production from Boston University.
